Sydney Bearden holds a Master of Science degree and brings dedicated expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Her vision for Providence Pediatric Therapy was born out of a desire to merge rigorous, evidence-based clinical practices with deeply compassionate, faith-centered care.
She leads and supervises a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), who work directly with children to implement treatment plans, teach new skills, and support progress toward individualized goals.
Inspired by the meaning behind Providence Pediatric Therapy, Sydney strives to reflect God’s loving care, guidance, and provision in every aspect of the clinic’s services, creating a welcoming environment where children and families feel supported and encouraged.
